David Crowder, General Partner, Thomas Weisel Venture Partners
Dave Crowder co-founded Thomas Weisel Venture Partners in 2000. He focuses on software and Internet services companies and has led the firm's investments in Aligo, Arbor Networks, Exit41, Medsphere, Pivia and Reactrix.
Prior to co-founding TWVP, Crowder was a partner in investment banking at Thomas Weisel Partners in San Francisco, where he worked with emerging technology companies. Before joining TWP, he was a senior managing director and head of the software and Internet group in investment banking at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, and an investment banker at Goldman Sachs & Co. Crowder's investment banking clients have included Hotels.com, InfoSpace, Open Text, Overture Services, Preview Travel (Travelocity), Real Networks, Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch and Yahoo!

Michael Ribero, CEO, Reactrix
Michael Ribero came to Reactrix with almost 25 years of marketing, international operations and general management experience in packaged goods, travel, media & entertainment and professional services.
The opportunity to build a great new media company around a compelling and potentially game-changing technology drew Ribero to Reactrix, he says, adding,"Everyone talks about changing the world, and with Reactrix, I think we really can."
Prior to joining Reactrix, Ribero served as president of Brierley & Partners, a global leader in customer relationship management solutions. Before Brierley he worked for six years in the video gaming industry as chief marketing officer and general manager at Sega of America, founded Radical Entertainment, was senior vice president and general manager of EA Sports and headed worldwide publishing at Midway Games. He also served as chief marketing and strategy officer for Hilton Hotels Corporation and vice president of marketing programs for Eastern/Continental Airlines after starting his career with Procter & Gamble, working in brand management with brands that included Ivory and Bounce.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received his degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. Mike and his wife Victoria reside in Palo Alto, CA.

Greg Galanos, Managing Director, Mobius Venture Capital
Since 2000, he has led and/or managed early stage investments in semiconductors, communications equipment, wireless infrastructure software, internet-centric mobile platforms, DFM software and SOFC technologies.
He currently serves as a board member and director in a number of private companies, notably Bloom Energy, Danger, Fujin, HVVi, Impinj, Reactrix, SkyPilot Networks and Visage Mobile. He previously led and/or managed investments in Infinera (NASDAQ: INFN), Bermai (acquired by DSP Group), Phonespots (acquired by CallGenie), Dantz (acquired by EMC) and Transilica (acquired by Microtune).
Mr. Galanos is a veteran of the software development industry as both a developer and an entrepreneur. In 1985, he founded and helped build Metrowerks, one of the world's leading software development tools providers, producers of the CodeWarrior line of programming tools (acquired by Freescale Semiconductor, formerly Motorola, in 1999). He also helped define Freescale's software strategy as part of the Office of the President in 1999.
Prior to 1985, he assisted in the development of geographic information systems for Hydro-Quebec and the James Bay Development Corporation in Montreal. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from l'Universite du Quebec a Montreal.

Colin Savage, General Partner, Worldview Technology Partners
Colin Savage brings more than 17 years of experience in operational and venture investment to Reactrix. He sits on the boards of directors of Butterfly.Net, OnStor, Purisma and Azul, and sat on the board at IntruVert Networks (acquired by Network Associates).
Savage came to Worldview from Norwest Venture Partners, where he worked closely with high-profile startup companies, including Octane Software (acquired by E.Piphany), SeeBeyond, Acta Technologies (acquired by Business Objects), Annuncio Software (acquired by PeopleSoft), eForce and Ventaso.
Prior to Norwest, Savage was a vice president at Oracle, where he was responsible for strategy, business development, marketing and operations for the worldwide consumer sector business unit, and a management consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton.

Andre Turenne, Senior Vice President, D. E. Shaw group
Andre Turenne is a senior vice president of D.E. Shaw & Co., L.P. and an executive of the D.E. Shaw group's venture capital unit. Mr. Turenne has more than 25 years of operating, technical, and venture investment experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining the D.E. Shaw group in 2006, Mr. Turenne was a managing director of NeoCarta Ventures, Inc., a venture capital investment firm. From 1996 to 2000, he served as senior manager of strategic investments at Intel Capital, the venture capital unit of Intel Corporation. Before beginning his more than ten years of venture capital experience, Mr. Turenne also spent five years at Intel Corporation in various technical, marketing and sales management roles. Prior to working at Intel, Mr. Turenne spent six years in various engineering and engineering management positions at Photocircuits Corporation, a leading producer of printed circuit boards. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Altierre Corp., eMotive Communications, Inc., Meru Networks, PanTerra Networks, PGP Corporation, Reactrix Systems, Inc. and Winery Exchange, Inc. Mr. Turenne received his B.S. in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and his M.B.A. from Northeastern University, where he was recognized as valedictorian of his class.

Pravin Vazirani, Managing Director, Menlo Ventures
Pravin joined Menlo Ventures in 2001. He began his career at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he designed digital receivers for satellite communications. Later, he worked as an engineer for Pacific Communication Sciences, Inc. and as a product manager for ADC Telecommunications in their Wireless Systems Group. Most recently, he evaluated investment opportunities for @Ventures, the venture capital subsidiary of CMGI. Pravin represents Menlo Ventures on the boards of Credant Technologies, Ingrian Networks, Sepaton and WiQuest. He is also involved with the firm's investments in NewScale, Netcontinuum and Q1 Labs. Pravin is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering) and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.).

Kay Koplovitz, Chairman and CEO, Koplovitz & Company
Kay Koplovitz is the founder of USA Network and the first woman network president in television history. A pioneer in cable television networks and new media ventures, she is a visionary woman who led the emergence of cable television to challenge the broadcast networks for coveted audiences. She continues to be a leader in raising venture capital for women entrepreneurs and in launching new programming companies that challenge the frontiers of the digital age. She is the author of Bold Women, Big Ideas (May '02), which she wrote to inform and inspire women entrepreneurs to create wealth through equity. Ms. Koplovitz speaks on subjects ranging from media and the digital revolution to venture and private equity and corporate governance. She presently serves as Chairman of the Board, Liz Claiborne Inc.
Among her recent accomplishments, Ms. Koplovitz co-created Springboard Enterprises, a national organization that fosters venture capital investments in women-led high growth companies. In its first six years, Springboard has presented 360 companies that have raised $4 billion in new capital. She also co-founded Boldcap Ventures, a venture capital fund backed exclusively by leading women executives. Boldcap invests principally in early to mid-stage companies in the media, technology and healthcare sectors. Always advancing professional women, Ms. Koplovitz co-founded The Directors' Council, a search firm founded to fulfill the need for independent and qualified director candidates. Ms. Koplovitz counts among her accomplishments the Presidential appointment as Chair of National Women's Business Council (1998-2001).
Koplovitz & Company provides advisory services to entertainment companies, sports organizations, advertisers and distributors and advises companies on growth strategies. The firm makes investments in early and mid-stage companies in media, technology and related sectors.
